I, Lion, am the founder and leader of [M.D] a group of work friends who play together. we all work at GAME retail and I am their manager in work so naturally I lead in gaming too. We are very casual and play for fun, when i say lead it is a very loose description as I just do a bit of light admin and maybe recruit promising players from time to time.

Thanks for the greetings in the recruits area, I didn't want to distract from GM's topic so I thought I would come and formally introduce myself to the community since I want to keep an eye on GM's progress.

Beyond that we tend to play individually when it comes to Shogun, I certainly prefer 1v1 ranked games above all else, I don't like to depend on any one in battle but mainly its just faster. I am a bit of a lone wolf these days and prefer to hunt alone.

I started out in a Dawn of War clan in the days of Dark Crusade, from there I joined a large cod 4 community, during my time there I was very focused on the clan and became a Admin responsible for organizing clan wars, recruitment, technical issues suffered by players and members and running our dedi box servers along with all the problems that come with that.
It was an incredibly fun time and part of me misses that but i have moved on emotionally. Ultimatly the clan was eating up too much of my time and energy so i retired from clans. the day I left they were winning leagues and competing internationally. When I joined no one was even using team speak so I'm proud of what we achieved but the time came after a year of hard and constant work as admin to leave and assume the role of lone warrior looking for his fathers murderer while searching for my brother in the wild west... or is that King Fu?
