Steam won't let me load up shogun without Internet.
An option says "start in offline mode" but when I click it gives me an error: "this operation cannot be completes when steam is in offline mode." and "could not connect to steam network."

I'm stumped.

is it the same computer as before? im guessing so which means shogun should be installed and available in offline ? thats wierd. someone ring kronos lol we need help

Some games may not be accesed in offline mode on steam, they are suppose to be but tend to "bugg"!
I'd send a mail to steam customers service to easly get an answer, cause if its a bugg then they will tell you if they inted to fix it anytime soon!

But have you tried this with no internet at all? As in steam was started or running in offline mode aswell? (Might be a REALLY stupid question but anyway).

You have installed it to the point where you dont need to update it right? (Again a stupid question problebly!)

If you havent you just need to let it update at a friends place or get internet for like 5min xD.

If that dosent work I'd suggest to try reinstalling updating etc. Cuase steam is known to be buggy especially when it comes to playing in offline mode! "/
