is the message i get in steam after installing NTW and double clicking it, any ideas?

just validated the files, 117 missing sorting it now ill update once done.
**edit** Confirmed that using the validation method in steam works a jiffy!

Did an update for ntw happen? Usually when it says a game is unavialable it's just before an update comes out or steam aservers arwe too busy. I had it yesterday for 10 mins when css patxch came out.
