I just reinstalled vent on my pc but whenever someone wants to say anything there mic turns yellow and i can't hear anything.

yellow icons mean you're not auth'd to receive those broadcasts. check with a server admin to make sure you have the proper permissions.

All your permissions on vent appear to be correct so I presume it's your own problem.
