firstly you'll want to configure the bios, this is easy and you just need to read your mobo manual to get an idea of what you'll want to do. Or you could leave it at default which is fine.

Then you'll want to install windows, I gave you a link to a win7 64bit torrent in another thread I think which will save you a few hundred $. This again is easy and google will tell you everything you could possibly want to know about this.

Then when windows is installed you'll need to install audio and video drivers (and anything like mouse drivers if you need to as well). Video you can get from amd/nvidia website, audio should come with windows/on diskwith mobo or you can download it from your motherboards mnaufacturer website if not directly from realtek or whoever.

Finally run windows update until everythings updated, install flash/adobe read and all your programs and games you want including antivirus/firewall/web browser etc.

Once everythings up and running and customised how you like you could consider creating a backup incase anything were to happen and you needed to reinstall, you could easily just use the backup and save all those hours of installing programs/drivers etc.

probably a little too small. • 18" (H) x 18.3" (D) x 8.1" (W) is the dimensions of the case i suggested and thats just about big enough. Imho you should look at reviews online for the case or on the manufacturers website.
